Lake Elbo Backyard Wedding | Seattle Wedding Photographers

Mindy and Logan’s Lake Elbo backyard wedding day was simple elegance at its best. They held their ceremony in their own backyard which overlooked Lake Elbo. It was one of those weddings where the details were truly just things, and Mindy and Logan were so genuinely excited for the marriage they were entering into. If you need proof, just pause a second and check out Logan’s smile while Mindy is placing his wedding ring on his finger. I think every bride dreams of being looked at that way on their wedding day. After the ceremony, we hung out with Mindy and Logan’s bridal party around Poyntz before heading into the Wareham for the reception. (one of our favorite Manhattan venues!) Stealing Mindy and Logan away for sunset was one of the best decisions we made all night. The view of the sun setting over the Flint Hills from the K-177 Overlook was amazing. Just like at their engagement session, these two were too in tune with each other to really even notice they were being photographed. The outcome is always our favorite – photos that truly speak about their love story.
