Winter Adventure Session | Mount Rainier National Park
Corinne and Brandon traveled up to us for their Mount Rainier winter engagement photos, which generally makes us a little nervous, but especially in the winter months. Will it rain? Will the snow be too heavy? Will they close the mountain passes? We always want to be sure we make an adventure session an awesome experience for a couple, and hate having to make back up plans due to weather.
Thankfully, the weather for their adventure session in Mount Rainier National Park was as perfect as could be. The sun was wonderfully warm (in color, the temperature was still in the teens) and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. This made for some really fun light to work with in the woods around the Nisqually entrance to the park as well as the Longmire area.
If we haven’t said it enough already, snow makes everything more magical. We took full advantage of all the snowy vistas with these two, who wandered hand in hand up and down multiple snowbanks all session long. The warm light complimented their warm personalities and all the cuddly poses we set them up in to keep warm!
